Mold Assessments

Our New York State Department of Labor certified Mold Assessors conduct a examination of the residence to trace the source of mold, and provide a proper remediation plan with cost & time completion estimate.Utilizing equipment such as thermal imagery,Moisture meters & Air samples to effectively determine the Air Quality Index (AQI). The remediated area should be free and clear of all visible molds, stains & odors to the satisfaction of the Assessor.

Mold Remediation

Our Certified team will initiate the remediation by tracing the source of the moisture to prevent future growth. This typically includes encapsulating the work area using EPA authorized polyethylene sheeting, Negative air filtration, Cleaning and/or removing contaminated materials, Dehumidifying the space thoroughly before restoring any damaged areas and presenting a finish product.

Lead Inspections

Our United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified lead-based paint Inspectors & Risk Assessors will conduct a lead-based paint investigation.Using state of the art XRF Analyzers to provide nondestructive element analysis to safely and accurately detect lead on all building components.

Asbestos Inspections

Asbestos inspections are conducted to identify the presence and condition of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) on premises. Before any demolition, renovation, or alteration, the property owner must have a licensed asbestos inspector survey the building to determine if it contains asbestos. This survey may include sampling building materials.

Lead Risk Assessments

Our Lead Risk Assessor will provide a detailed report outlining the findings, potential health risks, and recommended procedures to abate the lead exposure. This may include a scope of work estimate, with specific advice on interim controls (e.g., specialized cleaning or paint stabilization) or permanent measures (e.g.,paint removal or encapsulation).

Indoor Air Quality

Indoor air quality (IAQ) testing involves assessing the levels of pollutants and environmental factors within an indoor space to ensure the air is safe and healthy for occupants. The process typically includes measuring the concentration of various contaminants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, particulate matter, mold, allergens, and radon.

Static Air Monitor

Asbestos air monitoring is a critical process used to detect and measure the concentration of asbestos fibers in the air, particularly during and after asbestos removal or abatement activities. This monitoring is essential to ensure that the air quality is safe for occupants and workers and that asbestos fibers are not being released into the environment, posing a health risk.

Project Monitor

As your project monitor we will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing your asbestos abatement projects. Our licensed project monitor will ensure that asbestos removal and abatement activities are conducted safely, in compliance with regulations, and without posing a risk to workers or the public.

Radon Testing

With our equipment we will be able to accurately measure the concentration of radon gas in the air inside your homes, buildings, or other structures. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is produced by the breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water.

HPD / DOH Violations Removals

We will carefully review the violation notice to understand the specific issues that need to be addressed. This notice will outline the exact nature of the violation, the location, and any corrective measures required.
