PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS

Membership in AESNYS allows educational sales-representatives to enjoy all the benefits of the Association and this website. Members are listed in this sites online directory so that educators from across New York State can reach them quickly and efficiently. You will have access to exhibit registrations, school closing lists, links to BOCES and other educational sites.

Annual membership in AESNYS runs from July 1st to June 31st and is prorated after January 1. Basic membership dues are $100 and covers the member and one company listing. If you need to list more than one company, please select the appropriate membership level. Members will be listed in the directory of AESNYS members on this site, receive all newsletters and emails regarding exhibit, conferences and school closings.

AESNYS Annual Membership - Tier 1 ($100.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal: no Tier One membership allows for the listing of the member and one company or publisher. There is a $30 application fee for new members. If you wish to list more than one company under your name please select another tier.

AESNYS Annual Membership - Tier 2 ($125.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal: no Tier Two membership allows for the listing of the member and up to five companies or publishers. There is a $30 application fee for new members. If you wish to list more than five companies under your name please select another tier.

AESNYS Annual Membership - Tier 3 ($135.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal: no Tier Three membership allows for the listing of the member and more than five companies or publishers. There is a $30 application fee for new members. If you need to list greater than 12 companies or publishers please contact AESNYS at (800)889-9715.
